Not just any property meets the strict criteria of Thailand Holiday Homes - in actuality some are rejected. We ensure our villas meet high standards so our customers are never shortchanged or receive inferior accommodation. It may appear that some of our rates for certain villas are low, but this does not reflect the standard of the property, and is mostly related to the location not being beachside or we received a great deal from the villa owner and passed it on to our customers.

Location – All our villas have locations that meet our customers’ requests, be it within close proximity to beaches or beautiful countryside settings. We offer this diversity because some customers like a peaceful and family-orientated holiday whilst some prefer to be beachside or ‘in the middle of the action’.

Quality - We ensure all our villas reach a certain quality. We DO NOT just accept any old villa to be placed on our website. We ensure all in-house facilities such as

cable/satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access are all in working order, alongside cleaning and maid services that replicate European standards at all times.
